Welcome discount code

When you sign up for a welcome discount code via our email pop-up, the following terms apply:

• One welcome code per person / email address. If you’ve already been sent a code, submitting your email again will simply resend your existing code — it will not generate a new one.
• The welcome code gives 20% off orders of £75 or more (before shipping). It cannot be used on orders below this amount.
• The code expires 30 days after it is issued and cannot be extended.
• The code is for single use only and is non-transferable.
• The welcome code is intended for new customers. We reserve the right to decline issuing a code to an email address that already matches an existing order or account.
• Quotessential may withdraw, amend, or end this promotion at any time without notice.

Promo codes generally

• Promo codes cannot be combined with any other promo code or offer — only one code may be applied per order.
• Discounts apply to the products a code is scoped to at the time of use; scope, value, and validity may vary between codes.
• Quotessential reserves the right to void or decline any code suspected of fraudulent or abusive use, including attempts to circumvent the one-code-per-person restriction above.

Orders & delivery

Order acceptance and pricing are confirmed at checkout. Delivery estimates (currently 5–7 business days) are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Quotessential is not liable for delays caused by our courier or print partners once an order has been dispatched.

Marketing emails

If you opt in to receive marketing emails when signing up for a welcome code, you can unsubscribe at any time by using the link in any marketing email we send, or by contacting us at admin@quotessential.co.
